Our wall art begins with a bare piece of wood and are crafted from beginning to end in our shop located in Lincoln, Nebraska. We are a small business that takes great pride in the items we make. Customers are our number 1 priority, and we will do everything to make sure you receive a 5 star worthy product as well as 5 star customer service. We first began crafting our wood wall art in our 2 stall garage in 2014 and have curated the perfect wood finish for any room.

What you can expect from us:
1. Order is placed
2. We will reach out to update you on our current wait time (usually 1-2 weeks).
3. You will receive a mock up of your order if you requested custom text. You will still be able to make changes, and we will wait for your final approval before we carve your wall art.
4. Production begins and takes about 2 days from the time we start
5. Item is packaged, and you will be notified with tracking information on the day it is ready to ship.
6. Item will ship in a custom made box, with protective packaging material, and will have the fresh wood shop smell. Trust us... it's a good smell :)
7. Item is ready to hang straight out of the box and will include the screw to put into your wall.
Damages are rare, but they can happen during transport. If your item is damaged, please message us photos. We will take care of it from there and send you a replacement at no cost!
