Shipping policy
We offer a large line up of customized wall decor in a variety of sizes and colors, so most of our items are made to order so our customers have many options. Our goal is to have an item sent within 10 business days of when that order was placed. However, our timing is very dependent on our current workload. If you need an item by a specific date, please 'Contact Us', we will let you know if we can get it to you by that date. Or you can include that in the notes with your order. If we cannot guarantee arrival by that date, we will contact you to determine whether you are okay with our schedule, or if we need to cancel with a full refund.
Most of our items can be personalized with text. It is up to our customer to submit the text they would like it to appear. Once an order has been placed and processed, we will put together a mock up. That will be emailed for your review and final approval. You will be able to make changes before we create your item.
If we don't hear back within 3 business days, we will proceed with the mock up we sent or make final adjustments that we feel are needed. This may involve spelling & grammatical corrections.
Once you have received your tracking number, your order will be sent either that same day or by the next business day at the very latest. If there are damages, make sure you take photos of the damages and also the box. 'Contact Us', right away and we will be in touch with the next steps. We will need you to email us your photos, and then we will handle the claim with the shipping company so there is nothing else you need to do on your end. We will also begin working on a new item for you at no additional charge.
